Step 1. Makeup removal
If you use decorative cosmetics, then before using any care products, be sure to remove make-up. It is especially important to carry out delicate make-up removal of the area around the eyes, since the skin there is practically devoid of sebaceous glands, very delicate and vulnerable. Use micellar water - apply a disc moderately moistened with it to the eyelids, wait 30 seconds, and then carefully remove the dissolved makeup in the direction of eyelash growth, on the lower eyelid moving towards the inner corner of the eye, and on the upper eyelid moving towards the outer corner. Also wipe the neck and décolleté area with a disc moistened with micellar water before caring for them.
Step 2. Cleansing
The most important step in care. The effectiveness of care in general depends on its quality. The 2-stage cleansing system will not only wash away dirt, make-up residues and sebum from the surface of the skin, but also help to deeply cleanse the pores, dissolve oil-soluble cosmetic components and sebaceous plugs in the pores. Choose these products according to your skin type.
1st stage. Apply hydrophilic oil to dry skin with dry hands, massage the skin with your fingertips. Wet your hands and repeat the massage, emulsifying the oil. Rinse off with water or muslin. Avoid the area around the eyes.
2nd stage. Wash off with facial cleanser. Do not forget to wash the skin of the neck and décolleté with foam if you plan to care for them.
Step 3: Exfoliate
The step is necessary for exfoliating the top layer of dead skin cells and excess sebum, smoothing out skin irregularities, combating black spots, age spots, post-acne or age-related darkening of the skin, stimulating regeneration, and improving blood circulation.
Ubtan is a unique natural exfoliating agent, consisting of powders of herbs, berries and fruits mixed with clays. Hillary Ubtan contains probiotics that take care of the skin microbiome - stimulate the development of skin-friendly microflora and inhibit the growth of pathogenic ones. Choose these products according to the type and problems of the skin.
Dilute a small amount of ubtan powder to a mushy state and apply to the skin of the face, massage with your fingertips. Rinse with running water or muslin. Apply 2-3 times a week.
Step 4. Toning
This step should not be neglected, as toning balances the pH of the skin, reduces the feeling of tightness, helps neutralize the effects of chlorinated hard water, and improves the penetration of nutrients. The mist is designed to prepare the skin for further care, so that the cosmetics we use can more easily penetrate and moisturize the skin.
Spray generously on the skin after each contact with running water, as well as after masks.
Step 5 Face Mask
Facial mask - means of intensive care. Compared to other products, the concentration of skin-friendly components in the mask is much higher, so the result of their action is noticeable immediately after use. With regular use, masks can quickly get rid of certain skin problems. Masks moisturize, whiten, nourish and restore the skin. Mousse masks will help soften and soothe the skin. Alginate masks, among other things, still have a pronounced lifting effect, smooth wrinkles and enhance the effect of active agents applied under them. Choose a mask based on the type of problem you want to solve.
Use the masks according to the instructions for their use. Be sure to lie down during the masks. Alginate masks for mature skin are best done in the morning. Use masks 2-3 times a week.
Step 6. Moisturize and nourish
We have combined these two steps into one because the products we offer are both moisturizing and nourishing, and also have a protective function.
Hydration is a basic need for skin of any type and age. For deep hydration and moisture retention in the skin, use hyaluronic serum. In addition to moisturizing factors, the serum contains active ingredients that prevent aging and rejuvenate the skin, which tighten the skin and give it radiance. Serum for the skin around the eyes will relieve swelling and relieve dark circles.
Apply the serums to a richly moisturized skin with a mist.
Serums must be closed with a cream or oily fluid. This will significantly reduce TDL (transepidermal moisture loss). The whole effect of moisturizing creams or fluids is to strengthen the skin barriers that prevent water from evaporating.
However, the cream also performs another important function - strengthening the stratum corneum of the skin. The health of the skin as a whole depends on the integrity of this protective layer.
The fluid saturates the skin with vitamins, gives it radiance, has a sunscreen effect and also serves as an excellent base for make-up.
The cream should be chosen according to the type of skin. Gently apply the cream from the bottom up, contouring the face.
Fluid - a tool that is suitable for any type of skin. Warm 1-2 drops of fluid in the palms of your hands and apply on the face, placing the palms on the skin.
Alternate fluid and cream applications. We recommend using the cream for night care and the fluid for day care.
Natural oils can also be used as a protective layer. For dry skin, argan oil is an excellent solution, for oily and combination skin - jojoba oil.
7. Facial massage
